Nicholas Trigili Coaching (operated by Nicholas Trigili LLC) sends text messages to coaching clients and to people who have booked a consultation call and opted in.

What you will receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, check ins from your assigned coach, replies to questions about your program, and onboarding and account support. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on our application or booking form at nicholastrigili.com. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To get help, reply HELP or email support@nicholastrigili.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected for text messaging are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
