Attourney
Client's Results
- He came in without a dramatic health scare, more a sense that he'd plateaued doing the same thing for years and needed a different approach, motivated in part by seeing a friend get real results from peptides and by Nick's YouTube content.
- Physically, he's down about 20 lbs and roughly four inches off his waist. As a competitive cyclist, he's noticed a concrete performance gain: a regular ride that now takes noticeably less effort and finishes a couple minutes faster, which he attributes to a better strength-to-weight ratio.
- He's a Marine veteran (weighed about 180 lbs at commissioning out of Officer Candidate School) and says he hasn't been at his current weight since high school.

Sal Olivas40 years old
Client's Results
- He came in already training consistently (lifting and running for years, disciplined meal prep during the week) but frustrated that his physique wasn't reflecting the work he was putting in.
- He'd looked into other services beforehand but found they defaulted to recommending testosterone as a one-size-fits-all answer without actually reviewing his bloodwork, which is what pushed him toward a more individualized, labs-driven approach instead.
- The biggest surprise once he started was mental clarity and motivation, something he specifically tied to a nootropic peptide (Semax) his coach recommended, showing up within a couple of weeks and carrying over into his work and personal life, not just training.
- He also reports recovery improvements (a nagging shoulder issue and gut health both getting better), visible gains in lean body mass, muscle definition, and vascularity, and a general sense of "feeling clean" and staying sick-free that he attributes to an antioxidant supplement in his protocol.

Dave Kanderdine62 years old
Client's Results
- A competitive bodybuilder since age 15, he came in fighting decades of chronic fatigue that he traces partly to his years of shift work as a cop.
- On the physical side, he's down to 204 lbs, a number he hasn't seen since the early 2000s, after years of panicking and rebounding any time he dropped below around 225.
- He's kept his fullness through a slow, controlled cut rather than losing muscle. His training also got overhauled: he moved from a high-volume "bro split" he'd run for decades to a lower-volume push/pull structure, which he says has both improved recovery and kept him growing despite being in his 60s.
- His TRT protocol was also simplified down to 175mg of testosterone a week, which he describes as a relief after years of chasing higher doses.
- Beyond the physical numbers, he talks about a real identity shift, moving from defining himself as "the bodybuilder" toward the goal of being "the most optimal 62-year-old" he can be, and says he plans to continue past his initial 12-week block because of how well it's going.

Rob and Rhonda Hubert
This is an interview with both husband and wife on the call
Client's Results
- They came in after drifting away from a healthier lifestyle they'd shared 10 to 15 years earlier, spending months searching locally for the right gym and trainer before finding Nick through YouTube.
- One of them started at 227 lbs and on both blood pressure and cholesterol medication, and reports losing 41 pounds and coming off both medications entirely, something they say "far exceeded" their expectations.
- Beyond the scale, they describe the biggest shift as reconnecting with each other (training and eating clean together again after "going in different directions"), regaining social confidence they'd lost (going back to the beach and pool with friends after a period of withdrawing), and a general sense that the physical transformation carried over into how they show up at work and in their relationship.

Tanner Bauer36 years old
Entrepreneur
Client's Results
- Tanner came into the program already fairly experienced: he'd trained extensively for years and had done macro tracking before with good results, so his baseline knowledge was solid.
- What he wasn't doing was applying that knowledge with any real structure, and on the medical side, he was stuck getting "cookie cutter information" from his endocrinologist and PCP about his TRT protocol and about newer things he wanted to explore, like peptides.
- That gap, more than anything about training or diet, is what pushed him to hire a coach.
- Once he started, the biggest shift was on the clinical side. His initial labs were far more comprehensive than anything his previous doctors had run, and they surfaced problems that had gone unaddressed for years: an estrogen imbalance, an off-target testosterone level relative to his protocol, and several micronutrient gaps.
- Nick sent him a detailed video walking through exactly what to change in how he was administering his TRT, what to add, and what supplements were a waste of money for him specifically. Between his initial labs and a follow-up roughly 3.5 months later, he describes a big jump in results, to the point where he now calls his labs "pretty dialed in."

Joy and Ben Jansen
business owners·This is an interview with both husband and wife on the call
Client's Results
- One spouse came off a statin entirely and dropped cholesterol by roughly 70 points, and now reports dramatically improved cardio capacity (a 45-minute stair-climber session at level 11 came up specifically).
- The other is down 20 pounds (176 to 156), lost visible inflammation around the midsection, and reports noticeably more energy despite running a business that regularly demands 70 to 80 hours a week combined between them.
- They started the program during a genuinely hard personal stretch: a near-sale of their business collapsed, their dog died suddenly of cancer, and one of them went on medication to manage the mental health fallout.
- They describe overhauling long-standing habits (including cutting out nightly recreational use) and say the accountability of weekly weigh-ins and a clear diet plan, on top of an already-full life with a teenage son, is what made it stick where past attempts hadn't.

Dave Van Etten
Client's Results
- Came in after severely breaking and dislocating his ankle, which required multiple surgeries and left him non-weight-bearing for four months.
- He's down roughly 25 pounds and says people at the gym now stop him to ask what he's doing differently. Digestion improved (no more stomach pain or bloating after meals), and he describes his physique as "so much leaner." He compares this coaching experience favorably to past bodybuilding-show coaches who worked off printed PDFs and email check-ins; here, everything is app-based (macros, food scale, weekly check-ins, weight tracking), which he says removed the guesswork and made accountability much easier to stick to.

Scott D'Avonzino42 years old
Client's Results
- Came in off an eight-month layoff after a shoulder injury that kept him from lifting; used peptide support (BPC-157) rather than surgery or PRP/stem cell treatment to help it heal.
- Started around 215 lbs, was down to about 186 by his wedding, and is targeting roughly 175 as his next benchmark. Total cholesterol dropped from 220 to 154.
- He had also pushed his testosterone dose too high on his own, which elevated his blood pressure; cutting the dose back in half under guidance brought it back to normal. Nearly every other marker on his bloodwork is now in range, with sex hormone levels the one area still being fine-tuned.

Dan Drews
Client's Results
- "I needed to obviously drop about 80 to 100 pounds and then just optimize my health."
- Four months into the program at the time of the interview. His blood markers, which needed real improvement at baseline, are now "perfect" by his own account.
- He's eliminated the midday energy crashes that used to send him to nap during the day. Fitness is now built into his daily routine (long walks, hikes, taking his dogs out, occasionally training with a 60 lb weighted vest), a shift he describes as reshaping his life "top to bottom."
- He also talks about learning not to let a single off day (a holiday meal, for example) spiral into a lost week or month, something he says he struggled with before, particularly between Thanksgiving and New Year's.

Casey Blair
Works in law enforcement, with unpredictable shift work
Client's Results
- He came in around 236 lbs, already training regularly but with no real structure, no macro tracking, and diet decisions largely driven by whatever he'd picked up from Instagram Reels.
- What sold him was the promise of a plan actually built around his blood work and his schedule, which mattered given how unpredictable law enforcement shift work is. He describes his transformation as one of the strongest the coach has seen, and the numbers back it up in his own account: eating more food while his body fat has continued dropping week over week.
- Beyond the physical change, he points to a big mental shift, describing new clarity and energy that carries over from the gym into his work ethic and how present he is with people around him, plus a new, unprompted early-morning routine (waking around 4:30am ahead of his alarm to train before work) that he says isn't dependent on caffeine to sustain. He says the program "super exceeded" his expectations, particularly the ability to ask questions directly and get individualized answers tied to his own bloodwork rather than general advice from videos.
- He's already referred a few guys from his gym into the program and says the people who'll benefit most are the ones who already have the drive but are missing structure and direction.

Christian Bueno29 years old
Client's Results
- He'd trained on and off since age 11, had the fitness knowledge to advise other people but never consistently applied it to himself, and would plateau after a few months every time he tried.
- He credits the program's structured nutrition and workout plan, plus finally addressing his hormone levels, with breaking that cycle. In roughly 60 to 90 days he dropped from about 208-209 lbs to 171 lbs.
- He also mentions the workout side got more efficient, not just effective: shifting from high junk volume to fewer, harder working sets cut his gym time nearly in half while he kept seeing results.
- He was candid that price was his one real hesitation (paying out of pocket for peptides and supplements on top of the coaching itself, which led to a conversation with his wife about starting on a shorter commitment), but says communication and responsiveness were consistently strong even when he messaged late.
- The biggest shift he points to is confidence: he describes being the guy who kept his shirt on at pool parties and barbecues, and now takes it off without thinking twice, with coworkers at the truck yard and people at the gym now asking what changed. He sees the program as best suited to guys like him.

Lloyd Plumlee55 years old
business owner
Client's Results
- "I took a laxative every day for 20 years to even go to the bathroom, bloated all the time... I haven't taken a laxative since February, so it's got my digestive system all tuned up. Which, man, that was huge."
- "I ain't never been lean like this in my life. I've been huge, I've been a muscle head, but I ain't never been put together like this, ain't never been ripped and carrying muscle like this ever."
- He came in inflamed, in constant joint pain, on uncontrolled blood pressure medication, trending pre-diabetic, and dependent on a daily laxative for 20 years just to have regular digestion.
- He now eats roughly three times as much food as before, hasn't needed a laxative since February, and says his blood pressure and stomach issues came under control almost immediately.
- Physically, he calls this the leanest and most muscular he's ever been in his life, a notable claim given he'd competed at up to 230 lbs earlier in life and always lost muscle whenever he tried to cut weight in the past.
- Mentally, despite an unusually high-stress job running a business and ministry work, he describes becoming noticeably calmer and sleeping better, no longer lying awake for hours with his mind racing. He's candid that the experience wasn't without real friction: he was frustrated at points with inconsistent communication from Nick directly and some backend issues with the clinic/pharmacy around blood work and medication orders, to the point he paused before re-upping.
- But he re-signed because the results were undeniable and, when he shopped around locally, found nobody who knew more than what he'd already learned. He's since put a friend on a modified version of the diet and bodyweight-exercise approach and become an outspoken advocate for the program to people around him, with the caveat that it only works if someone is actually willing to do the work.
